Consent to Personal Data Processing

I hereby consent to the processing of my personal data by the Data Controller (hereinafter: "ADO") – Iolite Group Sp. z o. o., 00-384 Warsaw, Dobra 54/41, within the scope of: name and surname, email address, or phone number, for the purposes of selling products and services of Iolite Group Sp. z o. o., as well as for sending me feedback and establishing contact with me by Iolite Group Sp. z o. o.

At the same time, I acknowledge that:

• At any time, I may request the deletion of my personal data from the ADO Iolite Group Sp. z o. o. database by sending an email to kontakt@szofer.vip or by submitting a written request to Iolite Group Sp. z o. o., Dobra 54/41, 00-312 Warsaw, Poland. Such a request will result in the deletion of my personal data from the ADO Iolite Group Sp. z o. o. database.
• I have the right to access the content of my data.
• Providing my data is voluntary; however, refusing to provide it is equivalent to not receiving information regarding the sale of products and services of Iolite Group Sp. z o. o., as well as not receiving feedback and not being contacted by Iolite Group Sp. z o. o.
